Racin' 30-Minute Ribs
Cut 2 pounds pork baby back ribs into 2-rib sections.
Place ribs in large pot. Add enough cold water to cover ribs completely; cover with lid. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Drain.
Grill ribs on medium heat for 10 minutes or until ribs are cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing generously with BBQ sauce (we use Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce but you can use any kind that you like.) Makes 3 servings.
